Lifestyle Change - Day 10

We survived 1 week and 3 days of the Yoli BETTER BODY SYSTEM (BBS). We are not losing as much as the first week. Maybe because we are eating a little bit more during meal times (protein and meal days)  But I do feel better. My metabolism has greatly improved. My body is also getting to the idea of having Shake for dinner and fruit or nuts to fill any feeling of hunger.  My body is not craving as much as the first week.  Meal days feel very filling now. Hopefully our bodies will completely adjust and we can maintain the weight that we've lost. 

I have been good with my exercise regimen this week.  I attended 3 classes.  I did 2 jassercise and 1 hot yoga class. It feels good to be exercising.  I feel physically and psychologically good.  With the Yoli BBS, I just notice that I often get thirsty and have to do more frequent bbathroom breaks. They say it's a normal detoxification effect. 

Although I haven't lost as much weight as I wanted to at this point of the diet plan, I do notice that I lost a bit of my love handles. I just have trouble losing inches on my thighs and abs. I guess these are the hardest areas to reduce.

The greatest consolation is that my hubby is willing to stick to this BBS and will see it through the very end!
